Please read the terms and conditions in full. By purchasing Sip Kitchen’s Longevity Fasting Diet (LFD) you are confirming you will abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Type of Information provided disclaimer:
   1. This diet provides general information and discussions about health, longevity, FMD™ clinical trials and related subjects. The information and other content provided in this information, or in any linked materials, are not intended and should not be construed as medical advice, nor is the information a substitute for professional medical expertise or treatment.
   2. If you or any other person has a medical concern, you should consult with your health care provider or seek other professional medical treatment. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something that you have read on this diet or in any linked materials.
   3. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
2. It is your responsibility to declare all relevant and accurate information to ascertain if Sip Kitchen’s Longevity Fasting Diet is safe for you and your health circumstances to complete. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice whenever you are unsure and as per the instructions in the document above.
3. Sip Kitchen will not provide food to anyone with food allergies that result in illness and anaphylactic shock or to anyone with a serious medical condition who has not first consulted their medical professional.
4. Sip Kitchen is not liable for any illness or medical reaction caused by contact with or consumption of the LFD food.
5. You understand that our LFD has been independently developed based on the published longevity research and clinical trial results of the FMD™. Sip Kitchen’s Longevity Fasting Diet is in no way affiliated or claiming to be an exact replica of the Prolon diet meal plan. The Prolon meal plan is the only meal plan that has been clinically tested to prove it achieves the longevity benefits of the FMD™.
6. You understand individual results and outcomes from completing Sip Kitchen’s Longevity Fasting Diet will vary based on your current health for several reasons including but not limited to current diet, environment, genetics, metabolic rate, physical exertion and frequency of undertaking the LFD. Sip Kitchen does not guarantee results. The FMD™ clinical trial outcomes found the biggest changes amongst those with the biggest health and weight reduction gains to be made and after completing three consecutive waves.
7. Warranty: Sip Kitchen warrants that the LFD meal plan purchased from us on delivery or pick up will conform to description; be of satisfactory quality; and be reasonably fit for the purpose the food has been supplied. Appropriate storage and food handling are your responsibility post-delivery or pick-up.
8. You agree to notify Sip Kitchen immediately if your medical situation or any of your information changes that is likely to impact your ability to safely complete the LFD.
9. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will send email notification of changes.
10. Delivery Policy:
    1. Delivery will take place only on the day specified and you will be advised of a delivery time window ahead of this. If you are not able to be there to receive delivery you agree to advise a safe spot for the food to be left. The food will be at your risk (e.g. quality deterioration, theft, tampering ...) from the time of delivery.
    2. If you need to change from Collection to Delivery of your meal plan or vice versa, we need 3+ days notice from your delivery/collection wave date. If changing to 'Delivery' the relevant delivery fee payment must be received by us ahead of delivery day. No changes will be made inside 3 days.
11. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: From the delivery date of your paid LFD:
    1. Full refund will be provided if cancellation notice is given 7+ days from your LFD pick up or delivery date. No cancellations will be accepted inside 7 days of your pick up or delivery date.
    2. If you wish to postpone your meal plan you must arrange this by emailing [email protected] with 7+ days notice. No postponements will be accepted inside 7 days of your wave date. The meals are provided frozen, you can store the meals in the freezer for up to three months and commence the fast on a day that suits.
12. Privacy Policy: Sip Kitchen will not share your information without permission to any third party unless the law requires it or to protect the rights or property of Sip Kitchen. The information we collect is used to ascertain your ability to undertake the LFD safely and to fulfill your order based on this ascertainment. This includes contacting you when necessary; notifying you of delivery information; advising any LFD meal plan changes; and notifying you of any other LFD information.
