    3. Neither the company, nor any authors and/or contributors shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of the information and MY800 meal plans found and contained on the website. We assume no responsibility for anyone’s use of the information. Using the information provided on this website is done at your own discretion and risk. You will be solely responsible for any damage to body, health and condition that might arise from using that information.
    4. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
  2. It is your responsibility to declare all relevant and accurate information to ascertain if the MY800 meal plan is safe for you and your health circumstances to complete. It is your responsibility to seek medical advice whenever you are unsure and as per the instructions on this site and in the participant information document.
  3. Sip Kitchen will not provide food to anyone with food allergies that result in illness and anaphylactic shock or to anyone with a serious medical condition who has not first consulted their medical professional.
  4. Sip Kitchen are not liable for any illness or medical reaction caused by contact with or consumption of the MY800 food.
  5. You understand that our MY800 meal plans have been independently developed based off published calorie restricted research and clinical trial results. The meal plans have not been clinically tested to prove they achieve the same benefits of the calorie restricted trials.
  6. You understand individual results and outcomes from completing MY800 meal plans will vary based on your current health, individual biology, physical exertion, and frequency of undertaking the meal plans. Sip Kitchen does not guarantee results.
  7. Warranty: Sip Kitchen warrant that the MY800 meal plans purchased from us on delivery or pick up will conform to description; be of satisfactory quality; and be reasonably fit for the purpose the food has been supplied. The MY800 meals have been designed to the macronutrient requirements outlined on this site in order to trigger a range of health benefits. Appropriate storage and food handling are your responsibility post-delivery or pick-up.
  8. You agree to notify Sip Kitchen immediately if your medical situation or any of your information changes that is likely to impact your ability to safely complete your chosen MY800 meal plan.
  9. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and will post all changes on this site.
  10. Delivery Policy: 
    1. Delivery by our elected courier company will take place only on the day specified or occasionally the next morning. and you will be advised of a delivery time window ahead of this. If you are not able to be there to receive delivery you agree to advise a safe spot for the food to be left. The food will be at your risk (e.g., quality deterioration, theft, tampering ...) from the time of delivery.
    2. If you need to change from Collection to Delivery of your meal plan or vice versa, we need 3+ days’ notice from your delivery/collection date. If changing to 'Delivery' the relevant delivery fee payment must be received by us ahead of delivery day. No changes will be made inside 3 days.
    3. Address re-directions will not be accepted inside 3 days from the scheduled collection/delivery date
  11. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: From delivery or collection date of your paid MY800 Meal plan:
    1. Refunds will not be provided for accidental orders or change of mind inside 5 days of your elected collection or delivery date.
    2. Full refund will be provided if cancellation notice is given 5+ days from your collection/delivery date. No cancellations will be accepted inside 5 days of your delivery date.
    3. If you wish to postpone your meal plan you must arrange this by emailing [email protected] with 5+ days notice. This ensures fresh ingredients are not over ordered and potentially wasted. No postponements will be accepted inside 5 days of your elected delivery date
  12. Privacy Policy:  Sip Kitchen will not share your information without permission to any third party unless the law requires it or to protect the rights or property of Sip Kitchen. The information we collect is used to ascertain your ability to undertake MY800 meal plans safely and to fulfil your order based on this ascertainment. This includes contacting you when necessary; notifying you of delivery information; advising any meal plan changes; notifying you of future MY800 meal plan changes and information.
