"My colleague and I loved doing the 3-day LFD. We discussed with each other in detail about how much better it can be slotted into our week without too much disruption), meaning that we could still keep our exercise commitments etc towards the end of the week. I still kept my early morning walking up with the dog throughout the three-days too.
