The meal plan has been specially designed to deliver maximum nutrition and meet the dietary protein requirements of fasters finishing the Longevity Fasting Diet. It uses quality whole-food ingredients, is low in carbs and sugar and high in healthy fats, quality sources of protein, and rich in vitamins C, A, D, calcium, potassium, choline, and omega 3's.
