Peanut Ginger Dressing
We're pretty sure you all just buy our rice paper rolls for the Peanut Ginger Dipping Sauce so today we are sharing the recipe with you! Our Peanut Ginger Dressing also goes really well with an Asian Slaw salad and veggie, tempeh or chicken skewers. It lasts in the fridge for ~10 days so it's great recipe to make a bunch of at the beginning of the week so you have it on hand for the rest of the week.
Peanut Ginger Dressing Recipe
-makes ~450ml
Ingredients:
1/3 C coconut nectar
125ml extra virgin olive oil
120ml apple cider vinegar
30ml tamari
10ml sesame oil (if cold pressed, 5 ml if toasted)
2 Tbsp smooth peanut butter (feel free to be generous here!)
3/4 tsp pink salt
2 Tbsp ginger - peeled and finely chopped
2 large cloves of garlic - crushed and chopped
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a blender or large jar as you go
- Thoroughly blend together with a blender or stick blender
- Serve with rice paper rolls; veggie, tempeh or chicken skewers; Asian slaw salad
