Our five-day Longevity Fasting Diet has been developed off of the Fasting Mimicking Diet (FMDTM). How it works:
The first LFD meal pack will be picked up or delivered on the date selected at check out. When checking out simply let us know the approximate dates you want your second and third meal pack to be ready in the notes section, and we will get in touch via email to confirm a date closer to the time. All three meal packs must be picked up or delivered within 12 months of the initial order. Meal plans do not have to be completed over three consecutive months.

Delivery
Delivery is available to non-rural addresses Nationwide. If you wish to get the LFD delivered outside of Auckland please select the "Pick-Up" option upon checkout, enter your address in the Notes section, and place your order as we do not have Nationwide delivery set up on our website at this stage. We will then be in touch with the delivery cost to your address and how to make your delivery payment. Delivery prices range from approximately $20-$40.

The LFD contains the following allergens. You are unable to complete the LFD if you are allergic to, or are unable to consume:
- Nuts
- Soy
- Seeds incl. sesame seeds
- Coconut
- Celery/celeriac
- Tomatoes
- Foods that are not low FODMAP
- Histamines
Please note our kitchen uses the following ingredients: tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, oats, egg, fish, sesame, & shellfish. While we take the utmost care with every product we make, there is a chance of cross-contamination.
